Privacy Policy

Insrt is designed to keep PC monitoring and capture on your device and to send cloud services only the information needed for features you choose to use.

Information we process

Account information. We process your email address, account identifier, authentication session information, subscription status, and device-registration records.

AI requests. When you send a message to InsrtAI, we process the text and any files, images, game context, or PC evidence you intentionally attach. AI requests are transmitted securely to our cloud inference providers to generate a response.

PC and game information. Insrt Control may measure performance, hardware, game-session, network, driver, crash, and capture information locally. This information is sent to the cloud only when required for a feature you activate, such as PC-aware AI, mobile Control, Game Health, or remote clip access.

Usage and diagnostics. We process limited operational information such as request identifiers, feature usage counts, app version, error codes, response time, and security events. Insrt does not intentionally write full production AI prompts or responses to its own application logs.

Account, download, and support audit. Insrt records account creation and deletion, membership changes, authenticated Windows downloads, support reports, and the app version used by signed-in Control accounts. Private owner notifications may include the verified account email associated with these events. These records do not include passwords, payment-card details, device tokens, or background gameplay and PC sensor data.

Optional product email. Product updates and promotions are off by default. If you opt in, we record your choice and when it was made. You can turn it off from your account at any time without losing account or download access.

Payments. Apple processes purchases made in the iOS app. Stripe processes eligible purchases made through our website. Insrt receives subscription and transaction status but does not receive your complete card number or Apple ID payment credentials.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate accounts, provide requested AI and companion features, verify subscriptions, enforce plan limits, secure the service, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, provide support, and comply with law.

Service providers

We use service providers including Apple, Stripe, Supabase, Cloudflare, Discord, OpenAI, and, for certain legacy or media services, RunPod. These providers support authentication, billing, database, network, security, operational notifications, hosting, and AI inference and process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Retention and deletion

We retain account, entitlement, security, and usage records only as long as reasonably needed to provide and secure Insrt or meet legal obligations. You can initiate account deletion inside the Insrt app. Deleting an Insrt account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription; subscriptions can be managed in your App Store account.

Your choices

You can disable optional PC context, choose whether to save chat history, disconnect a paired device, manage or cancel subscriptions, and delete your account. Operating-system permissions control camera and photo-library access.

Security

We use encrypted transport, authenticated requests, scoped device tokens, server-side subscription verification, rate limiting, and restricted infrastructure credentials. No system is completely secure, so please use a unique password and protect access to your email and devices.

Children

Insrt is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
