Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Insrt, including the Insrt mobile app, Insrt Control for Windows, our website, and related cloud services.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use only accounts and devices you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Purchases made in the iOS app are billed and managed by Apple under the terms shown at purchase. Eligible website purchases are processed by Stripe. Prices, billing periods, included limits, and renewal terms are shown before purchase.
Canceling stops future renewal but normally does not refund the current billing period. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Other refund rights may apply under local law.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Insrt, interfere with the service, evade limits, probe or attack our systems, reverse engineer protected cloud components, distribute malicious content, violate another person’s rights, or use Insrt to cheat, bypass anti-cheat systems, or gain unauthorized access to devices or accounts.
AI outputs
AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect. Review important information before acting on it. Insrt is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or safety advice. You remain responsible for decisions and actions based on AI output.
PC monitoring and capture
Insrt Control observes supported performance and system signals without intentionally injecting into games or bypassing platform protections. Availability and accuracy depend on hardware, drivers, operating systems, games, permissions, and third-party services.
Your content
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant Insrt the limited right to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested service. Production AI conversations are not used for model training unless a separate, explicit opt-in is offered and accepted.
Service changes
Features may change as Insrt evolves. We may suspend access needed to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, or maintain service integrity. Material changes to paid features will be communicated where reasonably possible.
Disclaimers and liability
Insrt is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every diagnosis, recommendation, capture, metric, or AI answer will be accurate. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using Insrt or delete your account. Account deletion does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. We may terminate access for material violations of these terms, subject to applicable law.
Apple terms
For the iOS app, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies unless another EULA is presented in App Store Connect.
